Weekly Assignments

Math:

The End-of-Module 3 Test will be our main focus this week. 

There are 10 questions on the test, we will complete #1-5 on Wednesday and #6-#10 on Thursday. Keep in mind that this is a Level 2 test and next week closes out the marking period. It is highly recommended to review the study gude posted below.

 IXL Weekly Skills 

  In small group and WIN time, students will be working on their IXL Diagnostic and recommended IXL skills listed to the right. 

The math IXL usage expectation is at least 50 minutes this week.

Welcome Back & Happy New Year!!

Math:

We start the new year off with a fun GRASP activity titled Bake Sale.  

Students will use their fraction knowledge to buy and bake several batches of cookies for a bake sale contest.

Students will also take a practice SBAC test called an IAB (interim assessment block) focusing on fractions. This will not count as a grade.

Lastly, we will begin Module 3 - Topic D with Lessons 18 & 19.

One homework assignment needs to be turned in from the above lessons.
